Refund & Cancellation Policy
Customers should email or message Spaced Out Munchies with photo verification within 12 hours of delivery with issues in order to be considered for a refund or reshipment. Sodas, juices, snacks and other items may not be covered by environmental damages such as melting as this is a risk undertaken by the consumer. Most claims made for broken or damaged products will be covered through post carrier insurance and the customer must make a claim through their accompanying website.
All limited edition, seasonal, or otherwise foreign sodas and beverages are purchased at the customers discretion and the customer understands that some of these beverages, due to their limited nature, hold a possibility of expiration or loss of carbonation. Please contact your shipping carrier for warranty matters involving only damaged items as expiration or loss of carbonation is a risk understood by the customer.
If you plan to cancel a pending order please contact us directly as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped out we are unable to cancel or refund the order, unless the customer contacts the carrier and redirects the package back to Spaced Out Munchies. All redirection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
